Walked into a new ramen spot in Richmond and watched the chef drop a whole bowl of broth on the floor then serve it anyway
Ngl I get that mistakes happen but he just scooped it back into the bowl like nobody noticed, has anyone else seen sketchy stuff in kitchens that made you never go back?

That stuff builds up over years and adds character to the place. Keeps the floors slick and seasoned, probably saves money on wax too.
