Just learned Lake Michigan's water level dropped over 3 feet since 2020 and I found that stat on the Army Corps website.

Saw it while checking flood maps for my basement renovation and it made me rethink my whole flood insurance plan, has anyone else had to rework their home prep because of this?

Feel you on this. I live near Lake Erie and our shoreline has changed so much the past few years. Had to move my whole dock setup twice now because the water just keeps shifting. It's a real pain when you plan for one thing and nature does something completely different.

Man thats wild, how far inland did you have to move the dock?
