The guy who yelled at me for recycling wrong in my building

Last Tuesday I was sorting my cans and bottles in the alley behind my apartment on Fullerton when this older guy came out and started saying I was mixing everything up wrong. He grabbed a milk jug out of my bag and held it up like I'd committed a crime. How do you handle neighbors who treat the recycling bin like their personal project?

That guy sounds like he's the unofficial recycling czar of Fullerton. Maybe he's hoping for a job promotion from the can and bottle union. Next time just hand him your bag and tell him he can have the honor of sorting it himself since he's so passionate about it. Or start sorting everything in alphabetical order to really confuse him. Did you at least get to keep the milk jug or did he confiscate it as evidence?
