Rats chewed through my wiring after I parked at a buddy's barn in Ohio
Stored my '68 Mustang at a friend's place outside Columbus for 6 months while I moved. Thought it was safe, dry, and locked up tight. Came back to find the engine harness chewed to pieces and a nest in the air cleaner. Cost me $900 in new wiring and a tow to a shop. He had feed bags for his horses stacked right next to the car, which I should have seen coming. Now I only use storage units with concrete floors and I put dryer sheets and mothballs around the tires and under the hood. Anyone else had rodent damage and found a repellent that actually works for more than a week?
