Taco seasoning is a solid call though because it hides any minor mistakes in the meat texture. I used to make stir fry all the time until I realized I was spending 10 extra minutes chopping veggies anyway. Ground beef tacos take me exactly 14 minutes from fridge to plate if I shred the lettuce while the meat cooks.
