Heard a neighbor say something that stuck with me about solar panels
I was out watering my tomatoes last Saturday and my neighbor across the fence mentioned he just got his 6 month electric bill after installing panels back in March. He said his bill dropped from around $180 a month to $22, and he sounded almost surprised it worked that well. It made me start looking into community solar programs in my area since I rent and can't put panels on my roof. Has anyone here used one of those shared solar plans where you buy into a local farm or something?

@grantl94 brings up a good point, but did they break down exactly how much you'd actually save?

Have you looked into how the credits actually work on those? I looked into them once and it seemed like you still get stuck paying delivery fees so the savings weren't as good as I hoped.
