A customer wrote "your rice is a soup" and it fixed my curry bowls
Three weeks ago a guy left a two star review with one line: "the rice is a soup, curry is fine though." I was packing hot curry straight into the same box as the rice, so it sat in the car for 20 minutes and turned into mush. Now I cook the rice 10 minutes drier, drop a small paper divider between the two, and ship them as separate containers, and my reviews jumped from a 3.9 to a 4.6 in a month. Cost me about 30 cents more per order in packaging but the reorders doubled. Anyone else packing wet and dry in the same box without a divider?
