PSA: it took me 9 days to find out my custom printed bags were fine, the real problem was the tape
I switched to those kraft bags with my logo printed on them for my dumpling orders back in April, and for two weeks straight I got reviews saying the food arrived cold and the bags were greasy on the outside. I was ready to drop $260 on a new bag supplier and almost did, until my neighbor pointed out I was sealing the folded top with cheap masking tape that let steam leak out. Turned out a $3 roll of proper bag tape fixed it in one night, so what small dumb thing have you chased for way too long before finding the real cause?
