Switched from foil pans to reusable containers and my review score went up 0.4 stars
Tbh I used to think cheap foil pans were the way to go. They're cheap, you toss them, no washing. Then last month I got three 1-star reviews in one week, all complaining about food arriving cold or sauce leaking. I spent $180 on those thick plastic containers with lids from a restaurant supply place in Austin. Now my hot items stay hot for like 15 extra minutes and the lids snap on tight so nothing spills in the bag. My rating went from 4.2 to 4.6 in three weeks. Has anyone else shelled out for better packaging and seen a real difference, or was it just luck on my end?

You ever had a buddy run a food truck who switched to glass jars and got so many broken deliveries he went back to foil within a week? My friend learned that lesson the hard way, so I'd say your plastic containers are probably the sweet spot.
