Oh wow, so what was she hearing that made her say pour and not grind? I'm asking because this is the exact debate my husband and I get into every single morning. He swears it's the grind every time and I keep telling him the water is going through too fast no matter what we do. Did she actually watch you pour or did she just taste the shot and know? And did she show you what to change or just leave you hanging with that info?
