Barista in Portland called me out for hogging a table for 6 hours straight

This barista told me I was basically renting a desk for the price of one coffee, and she was right. I bought a $3 cup of coffee and sat there from 2pm to 8pm last Tuesday. Anyone else ever get called out by staff?

Six hours off one coffee is pretty weak, respect the hustle though.

Is it really that deep though? I mean, some people just get jittery after one cup and need to taper off. Maybe they're trying to save money or not get addicted. I don't know, calling someone's caffeine tolerance "weak" feels like a weird flex. Most people I know would be happy with six hours of focus from any drink.
