That little coffee shop on Elm St doubled their wifi speed in 3 months
Ive been working from Brewed Awakening for like a year and their internet used to drop every hour around noon. Turns out they switched from the basic Comcast plan to a fiber line after a customer complained last spring.

Heard some folks saying the owner finally upgraded after the lunch rush complaints got too loud.

My buddy Dave is a freelance graphic designer and he used to camp out at Brewed Awakening with his laptop all the time. He told me the wifi got so bad during lunch that he started timing his bathroom breaks around when the signal dropped, just so he could keep working. @park.adam mentioned the lunch rush complaints, and Dave was actually one of the people who emailed the owner about it last year. The owner finally caved after Dave sent him a screenshot of his speed test during peak hours, and a week later they had that fiber line installed. Now Dave says he can actually run full video calls without buffering during the rush, which is crazy for a tiny coffee shop.
