inTurned off 2FA for a month to test the paranoia, here's what happened
Wait, you checked your login history EVERY single day for a month? That would drive me crazy too. I get why you did it but that sounds like torture, just waiting for something bad to show up. The part about it being insurance for your brain is so true though. You can't put a price on not feeling sick to your stomach every time you open your email. I tried something kind of like this with my phone passcode, went a week without one, and by day three I was checking my pockets like ten times an hour. Never doing that again.

inThe voice on the radio said label every cord, I thought it was overkill
That radio host must have a lot of spare time if they're counting 20 minutes a month, I just label the one end that matters and call it a day.

inBubble wrap vs. moving blankets for winter storage, picked wrong first
Moving blankets were the right call for sure. That trapped moisture under bubble wrap is brutal on paint, especially with Ohio temp swings. One thing though, bubble wrap isn't really meant for long term anything. It's for shipping, not storage. Even the soft car covers with lining can hold sweat if the car isn't completely dry before you put them on. Let it air out a full day after a wash or after driving it. Also, those moisture absorber buckets from Home Depot help a lot if you got space in the unit.
