Caution with fast-set mix in humid weather, bad day in Orlando

Tried a new fast-setting bag mix last Thursday with 90% humidity and it kicked off in the truck before I even got it placed, cost me a whole driveway pour and $220 in wasted material. Any of you all switching to different mix when the dew point climbs, or do you stick with standard and just work faster?

Humidity messing with stuff is one of those things that shows up everywhere. I've seen it wreck paint jobs, make shingles slide around, even turn my salt shaker into a solid block on the porch. The air in Orlando in summer is basically soup, so any product with a short working time is gonna have a bad time unless you adjust for it. What gets me is how the forecast never tells the real story, its always the dew point that sneaks up on you.
