That $200 sealer I used on a driveway in Phoenix failed after 6 months
Applied a supposedly high-end acrylic sealer to a 1,200 square foot residential driveway back in March. By September it was peeling off in sheets. Had to pressure wash the whole thing and switch to a siloxane-based sealer. Anyone else had bad luck with acrylics in hot climates?

Honestly, did you try using a roller or did you spray it on?

Oh, did you use a specific kind of roller? I swear some of them just eat up half the paint and leave streaks no matter what, while the cheap foam ones sometimes work better. Like, was it one of those textured sponge rollers or just a regular nap one?
