Hit 500 flat roof repairs in Denver last week and it finally clicked why I keep getting called back

I hit 500 flat roof repairs in Denver last week and realized I've been spending way too much time on the wrong kind of patch. Has anyone else noticed that certain flashings just fail way faster than others in this climate?

You tried MuleSkin on those problem spots yet?

Did you catch that recent article about MuleSkin being mostly just a gimmick? I saw a review that said it's basically just a sticky bandage with some extra adhesive, not some miracle fix for problem areas. I've heard mixed things from people who actually tried it, some said it helped a bit but didn't last long in the rain. Honestly, I think it's more about how clean and dry the spot is before you slap it on.
