Walked into a salon that smelled like a taxidermy shop
Last Saturday I popped into this new spot in Austin for a quick trim and the place literally smelled like mothballs and old leather. I asked the stylist about it and she said the owner keeps a collection of vintage fur coats in the back for "inspiration." Like girl, that's not inspo, that's a biohazard. I still got my cut but I was lowkey holding my breath the whole 40 minutes. Has anyone else walked into a salon with a weird smell that made you question the whole vibe?

Isn't that leather and mothball smell just the old-school charm some folks actually pay good money for?
