Swapped to open backs for the afternoon, closed backs lost the argument
I had to pick between my HD 560s and my closed ATs for a 3 hour work session, and the open backs won because my office fan noise was actually lower than I thought. Bass took a hit but the soundstage felt like a whole room opened up, has anyone else found open backs fine in noisy spots with moderate hum?
