Hit 212 custom decks in my collection, that's when I noticed the pattern
I was sorting my shelves last night and counted 212 decks total. Not crazy compared to some folks here, but I realized 47 of them are from the same 3 artists. That's over 20% of everything I own. It got me thinking about how easy it is to fall into a style rut without noticing. Has anyone else hit a number like that and suddenly seen their collecting habits in a new light?

Why does 20% from three artists have to be a rut? I bet those artists just nail a certain vibe you keep coming back to for a reason. I've got like 60 decks and probably half are from one guy because his color work is exactly what I want to play with, not because I'm stuck. If you're still excited to shuffle them and they fit your games, that's not a rut, that's a preference. Maybe the pattern you noticed is just you having good taste, not a problem to fix.
