I wasted $120 on a gimmicky card shuffler that barely works with standard decks
Saw this fancy automatic shuffler online, thought it'd save me time during poker nights. Spent $120 on it, and it keeps jamming up with normal Bicycle cards. The thing only works with thin paper decks, not the thicker premium ones I actually use. Ended up going back to hand shuffling after two rounds because everyone was waiting on me. Anyone else get burned by a gadget that was supposed to make life easier?

Brother I feel your pain. I grabbed one of those battery powered shuffle bots off Amazon for like $80 and it lasted exactly four hands before it ate my favorite deck of Bees and spit out nothing but bent corners and shredded cards. The thing had all these fancy settings for different game types but couldn't handle a simple standard deck without making this horrible grinding noise. Now it just sits in the back of my closet collecting dust next to my old bread machine and that weird spiralizer I never used. Some gadgets just ain't worth the box they come in.
