Had my injector stick open on I-25 outside Denver last month

I was hauling a load of feed between Denver and Colorado Springs when the whole thing started shaking like a washing machine. My 6.7 Cummins pushed 50 psi of oil pressure into the return line and filled the crankcase in about 15 miles. Who else has had injector problems ruin a perfectly good run?

Fifty psi in the return line at idle or under load?

Wait you got fifty psi in the return line at idle? Man that sounds high to me. I remember back when I was helping my buddy swap a transmission on an old Dodge he had in his garage for like three years. We got the thing running and the return line was reading around forty at idle and we spent a whole afternoon chasing what we thought was a clog or a bad pump. Turned out the cooler lines were just a little kinked from sitting and we straightened them out. But fifty at idle seems like a lot even if it's under load.
