Rents in Poblado are insane, for sure. But the big jumps aren't happening across the whole city. Look at neighborhoods like Laureles or even Envigado, where prices are still pretty normal. My friend just got a place in Buenos Aires for way less than similar spots in El Poblado. The real pinch is only in those postcard-perfect areas everyone talks about online. You might just need to avoid the usual expat hubs.

My cousin found a two-bedroom in Laureles last month for under 600 bucks. It's a good reminder to look past the usual spots.
