Wednesday was supposed to be my cable management day but I spent 3 hours chasing a ghost wire

I had this whole plan to clean up under my desk in Hamilton last week. But I kept finding cables I forgot I even had, like an old USB hub from 2019 that was doing nothing. After pulling out half my gear I realized the rattling sound was just a loose screw on my monitor stand. Has anyone else had a simple project turn into a full desk teardown?

Nokia charger from 2005 still in my junk drawer.
