My dog shredded my braided fleece toy in 4 minutes flat and I had to figure out how to make it tougher

I was sitting on my couch watching TV when my pit mix grabbed the new braided toy I just made, gave it one good shake, and there were strips of fleece everywhere before I could even say no, so has anyone else switched to using old denim or something stronger for their power chewers?

Honestly, I switched to old denim jeans for my bully mix and it's a total game changer. The thick denim holds up way better than fleece and actually survives a solid chewing session. Just cut the legs into strips and braid them tight, it's worth the extra effort.

@spencerl32 must love sweeping up denim threads, because my dog just shreds denim into confetti even faster than fleece.
