Been there, done that with lots of different stuff honestly. It's wild how we just grab whatever's on the shelf and assume it'll work. Same thing happens with drill bits, sandpaper grit, even oil for the lawnmower. We get comfortable with one way of doing something and never question it until something goes sideways. The real kicker is when you finally switch to the right tool and everything just clicks, you wonder how you messed around for so long. Makes you rethink all the other shortcuts you've been taking for years.
