Those plastic ones always strip out... you need the metal toggle kind.

Skimping on anchors is asking for trouble, learned that the hard way. My bathroom mirror crashed because I used the wrong screw for a plastic anchor. @hernandez.barbara has the right idea with metal toggles for heavier items.
