My air compressor drain valve took 45 minutes to find
Had an air leak in the garage last week. Sounded like a slow hiss near the tank. Poked around for 45 minutes before I realized the drain valve was just barely cracked open. Must have bumped it moving a stand. Has anyone else wasted a whole afternoon on something this dumb?

the same thing basically happened to me last year, I read somewhere that most air leaks come from simple things like hose fittings or loose valves not the tank itself. @michael519 it's wild how a tiny crack can sound like a major problem when you're hunting it down. I spent two hours once on a pinhole in a rubber washer that was literally cheaper than a coffee.
