Noticed something wild at the public library downtown yesterday

Are you sure it was just a normal busy day? I was there Tuesday and noticed a guy in the back corner wearing a lanyard who didn't look like a regular patron, he was taking pictures of the shelves with his phone. Another librarian friend told me they sometimes bring in people to check for things like book theft or people sleeping in the stacks, but they usually don't tell anyone about it. Might be worth asking a staff member if they've seen anything unusual lately, just to be safe.
