Noticing a lot of farriers bringing apprentices along these days
It feels like more experienced shoers are taking on helpers to teach the craft. This could help with the workload and pass on skills. What do you think about this trend?

Guess it's the new must have, like an espresso machine was for contractors. Can't shoe a horse these days without a trainee to hand you the nails.

Wait, every single farrier I see working now has a kid trailing behind them. That's wild, it was just one or two guys doing it a few years back.
