Spent $90 on a fancy pH meter for my kombucha... not sure it was worth it.
On one hand, it gives me super precise readings and I feel more in control. On the other, my old strips worked fine and I'm not sure the data actually changes what I do. Has anyone else bought a tool that felt more like overkill than a real help?
Yeah that scale thing is so real. @lee_grant97 I bet you thought that thing would change your baking game and now it's just sitting there judging you. I bought a pH meter that connects to my phone with bluetooth and tracks a whole graph over time. Looks cool but honestly it just confirms what I already know from the vinegar smell. When you're testing the same thing every week you start to see patterns without needing a gadget.
