Vent: A client told me my schedule notes were impossible to follow...
I had one customer last month who said my route notes in the app were 'too vague.' She was right, I was just writing stuff like 'back bedroom' or 'extra dust.' So now I'm doing time stamps and specific zones, like 'kitchen counters 10 mins, floors 15 mins.' Has anyone else had to redo how they write their field notes?
