I felt cold emails were a waste. But one reply turned into my best client, so now I send them weekly. Is cold outreach vital for freelancers or just annoying?

Honestly that "weirdly satisfying" feeling is the whole thing. Tbh I see it everywhere, like when you finally ask for a raise or complain about bad service. The awkward action is usually the one that moves the needle.
