Our group just hit 50 straight weeks of Friday game nights

We started last January with just three of us and now we're a solid crew of six. We've played through two full Gloomhaven campaigns and a bunch of shorter stuff. It matters because we all have busy jobs and kids, so keeping this going felt impossible. Has anyone else kept a streak going this long, and how did you manage it?

Fifty weeks is a crazy long time, but is it actually a streak if you just reschedule? My old group would call it a streak but we’d just play on Saturday if someone had a conflict. The commitment is cool, but calling it straight feels like you’re grading on a curve. Life happens, a real streak with zero changes seems impossible for adults.
