Finally cleaned out my fridge after a camping trip to Yosemite made me face the science experiment in the door.
Seeing a fuzzy jar of salsa next to my good hiking trail mix from that trip was the push I needed to toss everything old and actually plan my meals for once.

Man, that's a real mood. What was the single worst thing you found in there? For me it's always a forgotten container of something that used to be green.

Oh absolutely, the "mystery green" that used to be food is always a classic... but I once opened a forgotten side drawer and found a fuzzy science experiment that used to be a lemon. I swear it had grown legs and was considering crawling out on its own. At that point you just close the drawer and pretend you never saw it, right?
