My fridge after a failed attempt at meal prep last Sunday

It's just a sea of half-used sour cream, wilted cilantro, and a single sad bell pepper because I gave up halfway through making fajitas. Anyone else's cooking plans ever completely fall apart like this?

Oh man, that sounds so familiar. My freezer is just a graveyard of good intentions, like a single frozen chicken breast next to a bag of peas from 2022. The wilted cilantro is a whole mood.

The wilted cilantro is the final boss of meal prep... I feel that. My fridge has a whole drawer that's just condiment chaos, and @danielh81, I think our pantries would be best friends with all those rice bags. I once bought a whole bunch of green onions for one recipe and now they're just slowly turning to slime in a cup of water.
