Hit 100 pull-ups in a single lazy Sunday afternoon, totally by accident
I was just messing around between naps and beer runs, doing a few here and there without counting, then I tallied them up at the end of the day and I was shocked. Turns out that random bar I installed in my doorway is getting way more use than I thought - anyone else discover a weird hidden talent on a day you planned to do nothing?
Honestly used to think you had to grind out a full workout or it was a waste of time. But then I started doing like 10 squats every time I got up to refill my water at work and it actually made a difference in how my legs felt by end of day. Smaller stuff like stretching for a minute between meetings or doing some calf raises while waiting for coffee to brew really does sneak in without feeling like a chore. It's not gonna replace a proper lifting session or anything but it keeps your body moving when you'd otherwise just be sitting still.
