Spent 4 hours trying to fix a loose cabinet hinge yesterday

Grabbed the drill and went at it for a solid hour. Striped out the first screw immediately and wanted to throw the whole cabinet out. Ended up using toothpicks and wood glue to fill the holes, let it dry overnight. Worked like a charm but man was I mad the whole time. Hinges are just the worst little things to fix in a house.

Did you try tightening the screws on the hinge itself or did it strip out on you too?
