Had a client ask me to 'make their logo pop' 15 times in one meeting

I was sitting in their office in downtown Austin last Tuesday, and every time I showed a revision they'd say 'can you make it pop more.' After the 15th time I just asked them what 'pop' actually means to them and they couldn't give me a straight answer. Anyone else get stuck with vague feedback like that?

My buddy had a realtor client do the exact same thing. After revision number 20 he finally snapped and asked if she wanted the logo to literally jump off the screen.

So you're saying paying for something means the client shouldn't expect to get what they actually want?
