Finally hit 50 different toppings on my pizza log

I started keeping a list of every topping I tried on pizza back in January just for fun. Hit the 50 mark last night with fried eggs and pickled jalapenos on a white pie. What weird combo pushed you past your own record?

A fried egg on pizza? That sounds like a breakfast disaster waiting to happen.

Last time I had one was at a place in Portland called Lovely's Fifty-Fifty. They put a soft egg on top and the yolk ran all over the pepperoni and cheese. Honestly it changed how I think about pizza toppings. You just have to make sure the egg is still runny so it works like a extra sauce. Breakfast disaster? More like breakfast upgrade if you ask me.
