Unpopular opinion: All-in-one practice management systems are overrated for small firms

I spent 6 months using Clio at my solo practice and switched back to separate tools for scheduling and billing. The constant updates broke something every two weeks and the $80/month felt wasted on features I never touched. Has anyone else found a simpler setup that actually saves time?

Ugh I read somewhere that 40% of solos quit Clio within a year.
