Caught my reflection in a crushed Coke can at a gas station in Nashville

I was waiting for my truck to fill up and saw my face all warped in a busted can on the ground. That weird reflection made me realize the silver inside of cans has this cool mirror effect I never noticed before. Has anyone here tried cutting cans open and using the interior for any kind of art project?

I've actually cut open about 47 cans in my garage just last week for a project, no joke. The silver lining is that you can peel them apart with tin snips (careful of the sharp edges though) and get these perfect little mirror sheets. I made a weird mobile out of them for my back porch and the light reflections look like a disco ball from the 70s, it's a total mess but I love it. That crushed can reflection must have been a trip though, I bet your face looked like a Picasso painting or something.

Admit I always thought those cans were boring but @nina_sullivan61 got me rethinking that whole mirror thing.
