Watch out for glass jars with vegan nut butters
I organized my pantry and put my homemade almond butter in glass jars. The jars cracked from gas buildup after a few days. How do you store thick vegan spreads to avoid this?

Did yours maybe start to ferment? I had that happen once. I put plastic wrap right on the surface of the spread before screwing on the lid, and it stopped the pressure from building up.
