Still mad about that guy who laughed at my chair alarm idea

At the Columbus Maker Faire last fall, I was showing off my prototype for a chair that zaps you if you sit too long, and some dude in a lab coat just snorted and said 'good luck getting that past UL.' Has anyone else had a stranger totally kill their creative buzz at an event?

Maybe UL is missing out on wearable tech trends, and your chair could kickstart a whole new safety standard for long-term sitting.

Ha, yeah I tried something similar with an old ergonomic keyboard I had. Just added some simple wrist supports and it actually made a huge difference for me.
