I always thought the 'Hey Arnold!' football head thing was just a cartoon joke, but I saw a clip online yesterday where the creator said he based it on a real kid he knew in Seattle who had a head shaped like that. Mind blown lol.

Oh man, my buddy's uncle actually had that crazy eye twitch that pops up in old cartoons! He'd be telling a story and one eye would just slowly drift shut, then snap wide open. We were all convinced some animator must have met him at a bar. Makes you think about all the weird little habits they must have copied, right?
