Spotted a full-size 'Hey Arnold!' football head helmet at a vintage toy shop in Portland.
It was just sitting there on a high shelf next to a dusty Talkboy, and I had a sudden, vivid flashback to trying to sleep in my room with the streetlight glow from the window, exactly like in the show's opening credits.

Saw a video once where someone actually made a wearable one, looked so goofy.

Yeah, that "goofy" look iris_ellis mentioned is probably why we don't see them around.
