Had a homeowner follow me around for 45 minutes questioning every cut in Cherry Hill
I was doing a crown reduction on a 60 foot silver maple and this guy kept asking if I was sure each branch wouldn't kill the tree. He even pulled out his phone to look up ISA guidelines while I was in the bucket. Has anyone else had a client second-guess your every move on a job?

Right, like I haven't already second-guessed my own cuts twice before I even made them, but go ahead and Google it from the ground. I could probably pull up a dozen tree care forums too, but I'm a little busy trying not to fall out of the bucket.

Can't believe he actually started Googling stuff while you're up in the bucket. That's the kind of thing you save for the coffee break, not when somebody's trying to focus on not falling.

45 minutes? That's brutal. Pulling out ISA guidelines on his phone while you're in the bucket is next level crazy. Did he try to hand you a printed copy of the pruning standards too? I've had people question a few cuts before but that's a whole different level of mistrust.
