Why does nobody talk about how hard it is to stack astrophotography photos from a city park

I was out at a park near downtown Denver last Tuesday trying to get a clear shot of the Orion Nebula and my light pollution filter made the whole stack look blue, has anyone else run into that issue with sky glow at a city site?

That Orion shot just needed proper color calibration instead of blaming the park.

Tried calibrating my GPS once, still ended up in a ditch in Ohio.
