Wait, aren't silicone baking mats actually pretty good for cookies if you use them right? I mean, they're not nonstick like parchment paper but I always thought they spread the heat evenly and stopped burning on the bottom.

Laughing at myself because I've definitely had cookies stick to silicone mats when I forgot to grease them, so I feel like I'm the problem, not the mat.
