My regular at the shop said something about my chair that stuck with me

Honestly, I was just finishing up his usual fade last Friday when he mentioned his back was killing him from his office job. He said, 'Lee, your chair is the only one that doesn't make it worse.' Tbh, I've had that same hydraulic chair for like 8 years and never thought much about it. It got me wondering if I'm taking my own comfort for granted while standing all day. How often do you guys check or upgrade your own barber chairs?

That's a really good point. We focus so much on client comfort but forget our own setup. What kind of chair do you have, and did his comment make you look at it differently? I bet a lot of us are using gear that's way past its best.

Looked at my chair and it's basically a glorified sack of potatoes now.
