Binged all of Dark last weekend and regretted the last 3 episodes

I was at home on a rainy Saturday, started Dark on Netflix around noon. First two seasons were incredible, that mood and the twisty timeline stuff had me hooked. By season 3 I was in too deep to stop. But man, that final stretch lost me completely. Too many characters in different timelines, I had to keep pausing to figure out who was who. Ended up just wanting it over with by episode 6. Anyone else push through a show just to finish it and wish they had stopped earlier?

Disagree completely, season 3 tied everything together perfectly for me.

I was in too deep to stop" is exactly how I felt, and it's a terrible place to be. That season 3 really does pull the rug out from under you with all those alt-universe versions of people. I had to keep a notebook for the first two seasons, but by the third I just gave up and let it wash over me. The worst part is the show could have ended like two episodes earlier and been a masterpiece, but they just kept adding layers. Honestly, I think I've been more careful about starting new Netflix shows ever since that weekend.
